Lead generation SaaS that turns publicly available county property data into a one-click prospecting engine for solar sales teams. Core innovation is the county registry pattern — a typed configuration layer that maps divergent county GIS schemas (Denver's SITUS_ADDRESS_LINE1, LA's PropertyLocation, Miami's SITEADDR) to a normalized interface. Server-side proxy builds ArcGIS queries dynamically so the client always receives consistent lead objects regardless of source county. Current coverage: Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Chicago, and Miami. Free tier (2 searches/day) with Pro at $29/mo for unlimited searches, CSV export, multi-stop GPS routing, and territory saving.
