Custom-built operations hub that gives a solo healthcare founder the tooling of a 50-person company. Twelve integrated tools span the full operational lifecycle: Partner Recon (NPI Registry search), Outreach Copilot (AI-powered email generation), Pipeline Tracker (9-status CRM), Market Analytics (city-level opportunity scoring), Revenue Modeler (scenario-based financial projections), Compliance Checker (16-state regulatory database), Content Command Center (Kanban pipeline), Contract Manager, Meeting Prep (auto-generated briefing docs), Referral Links, Provider Directory, and Content Partner Hub. Data flows between tools automatically — a provider found in Recon populates Pipeline, informs Meeting Prep, and references Compliance. Replaces ~$1,800/month in SaaS subscriptions.
