Progressive Web App that turns any cooking video into a structured recipe in one tap from the phone's share sheet. Three-layer extraction pipeline: YouTube oEmbed API for metadata, Supadata for video transcript, and Claude AI for converting spoken instructions into structured recipes with ingredients, amounts, steps, nutrition, and allergens. Proprietary ForkScore algorithm rates recipes 1-100 across seven factors. AI-generated food photography via Replicate Flux. Freemium model with 89% gross margin at Pro tier ($5/mo). PWA features include share target integration, offline caching, cooking mode with screen wake lock, and install banner.
